We are pleased to announce that the issues affecting our API services have been resolved and all services have been successfully restarted. The downtime was caused by a misconfiguration in a customer's Customer Data Platform (CDP) system, which resulted in an overwhelming number of requests to our database, akin to a DDoS attack.
We have worked diligently to address this and have implemented additional safeguards to prevent similar incidents in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience during this time.
