We are pleased to announce that the issues affecting our API services have been resolved and all services have been successfully restarted. The downtime was caused by a misconfiguration in a customer's Customer Data Platform (CDP) system, which resulted in an overwhelming number of requests to our database, akin to a DDoS attack.

We are pleased to report that the situation has stabilized. Our investigation identified the cause as a substantial volume of improper requests from a customer's Point-of-Sale (POS) system, creating undue stress on our APIs and leading to service disruptions.
