We have identified the cause of the intermittent timeouts and degraded response times as an internal networking issue within our cloud service provider. We've successfully rerouted traffic, and all systems are now fully operational.

We're currently working with our provider and researching solutions to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

📢 Note on SMS Delivery Service Outage

Our 3rd-party email provider experienced an outage on their EU SMTP servers, but this did not impact our customers, as we do not use their SMTP service.

However, since we forward their status updates to our status page, this automatically created an outage record. No action was required on our end.

All systems remain fully operational. ✅

Platform Stability Incident - DDoS Attack Detection

The DDoS attack is still in progress, but we have mitigated most of the sources. Additionally, we have scaled up our API endpoints to maintain service stability.
